During the second quarter of 2022, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps on iOS in Russia demonstrated varying performance metrics in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the trends for the top five apps: Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery, Uber Russia — заказ такси, BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus, Uber - Request a ride, and inDrive. Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads throughout Q2 2022. Starting with approximately 61.5K downloads at the beginning of April, the app experienced a dip to around 44.8K in mid-April before recovering to over 72.5K by mid-June. The app maintained a strong weekly active user base, beginning the quarter with about 1.3M users and reaching a peak of over 1.5M by the end of June.

Uber Russia — заказ такси experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 54.4K in the week of June 20. Active users also showed growth, starting at roughly 556K in late March and rising to over 617K by mid-June.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus exhibited a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 17.7K in late March and climbing to over 31.2K by the end of June. The app's active user base also saw growth, starting at around 77.8K and peaking at approximately 115K in the final week of June.

inDrive. Save on city rides had a significant increase in weekly downloads from around 14.4K in late March to over 26.7K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar upward trend, starting at 184K and reaching over 227K by the end of the quarter.
